Find License
Three places your licence key can be.
1 · Your order email
The key is emailed right after checkout. Search your inbox for memora or the payment provider's name (check spam too).
2 · Inside the app
Already activated? Settings → 账户与权限 → License 授权 shows the registered name and key, plus how many device slots are in use.
3 · Ask us
Email support@onememora.com from the address you bought with, and we will resend it.
Not sure whether you are activated?
The account panel shows your current plan. If it says Free while you paid, you are probably signed in with a different account — activation is tied to the registered name at checkout.
